Course and Workshop Terms

Enrollment & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot in any course or workshop. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Specific registration deadlines may apply and will be noted on the course description pages.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date receive a full refund.
  • • Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund.
  • • Cancellations less than 7 days notice are non-refundable, but a credit may be offered for a future same-value class at our discretion.
  • • Yarn & Spindle Guild reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered.

Attendance & Make-up Sessions

Consistent attendance is encouraged for the best learning experience. We cannot guarantee make-up sessions for missed classes due to student absence. Please communicate any attendance challenges in advance.

Materials & Equipment

Material requirements are listed for each course. Students are responsible for acquiring necessary supplies unless otherwise specified. Specific equipment provided by the Guild must be handled with care and returned in good condition.
